Welcome to The Depot
We are excited to announce the launch of ‘The Depot’ at Brampton. Located on the A145 between Beccles and Southwold, The Depot is home to some wonderful foodie local businesses, including Hodmedods, Beccles Brew Co, Baker, Peter Sewel and Folk + Fare. These businesses share our core values, and are producing high quality food and drink, using locally produced ingredients from sustainable sources, including produce from the Estate.
Our over-riding objective for the Depot is health – health of our consumers by connecting them to seasonal, nutritious food. Health of the environment, by regenerating soils, reducing food miles and developing sources of green energy. Health of the local economy, by providing a habitat for our producers to share ideas, ingredients and opportunities and finally, and most importantly, health of the local community – connecting the supplier to the customer, discovering the importance of provenance, and soon to be hosting producer markets, with a space for community and private events, and more!
We still have some units available for rent, and The Depot will soon be available for event hire, with a large central space, kitchenette, car park and toilets.
